Tall, jagged peaks climbed upwards, towards the sky that stretched out in all directions, high above. In the valley below sat a huge creature, encased in a cloud of dust. A huge sheet of lava stretched out in front of it, bordered by tall cliffs. Waterfalls of molten lava oozed down the cliff face. The creature was gargantuan, as tall as a 50 storey building. The scent of the foods around the island filled the air and my stomach involuntarily gave a rumble. The laughs and traditional music caught my ears attention. After such a beautiful day, I thought to myself, what a day in paradise.
